Bought a new home for 1.2 million. We have had them in 5x to redo bathrooms. Why? Because they had faulty designs, and two bathrooms flooded 2x, and another 1x. Massive MOLD. Over 140 days loss of use. We also have faulty flooring. Their own inspector wrote a report...
