Constantly waiting for a customer service person, then hung up on.

After waiting forever I was finally connected. Gave my need. Was disconnected. Called back. Waited forever. Was then told it was taken care of and I would not be charged for the wrong order that I received. My auto-delivery would be sent. One month later still nothing BUT I was charged $94 for an order worth $34. I have now been on hold waiting for 1.5 hrs. and still nothing! minutes 20 minutes User's recommendation: Don't bother. I'm cancelling my auto-delivery that I have had for 2.5 years!
