Constantly having issue

About 5 times a month our internet wont work. We call and sit on hold forever and then they are suppose to call back which takes hours . After i finally speak with someone they say they will send a technician out which again takes about 2 weeks. Itll work then not again and we just keep going in circles. Wish we could get another provider.
