Constantly changing
I used to really like Hot Heads and all is not lost …. yet. The problem I have had is they are very inconsistent with everything they do. Portion sizes vary depending on the mood, pace and person making the order. There are always new employees being trained and new managers. The new managers seem to give the littlest portions of meat and cheese. What has really got me is that hey now only serve seasoned steak. It is disgusting and I will not eat it again. They recently went from serving seasoned and non-seasoned steak to only serving seasoned steak. That was not a good idea. If anything they should have went the other way and kept the unseasoned steak. I will be eating at Chipolte until Hot Head can start consistently making good portion sizes and get unseasoned steak back.
