Constant rescheduling of deliveries

When I order something from a company for delivery (Best Buy in this case) and they provide a tracking number....the LAST company I want to find out is handling the shipment is OnTrac. 3 missed delivery dates and counting. Worse...there are no pro-active updates provided and you have to keep checking their website to see status. Miserable company. This isn't the first time having to deal with them...but hopefully the last. User's recommendation: Stay away.
