CONSTANT hassle CONSTANT phone calls

I went thru a sleep study about 6 months ago. I was "assigned" to nationwide medical. It was MY understanding that my insurance was paying for the Cpap machine and that they were going to be getting me the supplies. After about a week with the mask they gave me, I called to see if I could get a different one. The woman I talked to just talked over me and told me I HAD to make an appointment with my neurologist to say how well the Cpap is working for me. I said it wasn't. She kept telling me I had to make the appt. I checked, and I had an appt 3 months later, and oblidgingly called back and told her. She then told me I HAD to call and make a sooner appt to tell my Dr how well they had been doing for me. I said sure, hung up and ranted to my family about how they thought they were more important than a neurologist! And the calls started. Went rather fast from 1 call a week to daily. They kept calling when my daughter's baby was asleep and waking her up. I TOLD them that, and that I wasn't changing my appt date. The calls increased. When my Dr's appt came up - i couldn't go because I was horribly ill. Still sicker than a dog and going thru tests, but the calls are up to 3 a day. Called today and left a scathing "Leave me ALONE" call today and put in a phone with a call block feature. Even blocked, their calls ring once. And they're STILL calling. WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH - EVER!
