RnR debited my husbands account numerous times without authorization. The company was told to take a one time payment, but consistently withdrew monies and caused his account to be assessed fees. He attempted to speak to the "supposed" owner, who was rude and condescending. The owner stated; "I am going to file a report for theft if you don't pay today or return the item". He proceeded to say; you need to learn to pay what you owe and we will continue charging your account. My husband attempted to verify how much he owed, but the owner kept demanding payment in full.
