They keep phoning my 87yr old mother and harassing her to complete a ppi form, even though she has informed them that she has never had a loan, mortgage or credit card. She finds this very intimidating and threatening. I phoned and complained to their customer service department on Thursday, 15th August and was promised they would remove her name from their database.
