Don’t go here! Unless you have no other options and in my opinion there is always other options. They charge you so much money for very little. I went into there office in Vaughan and when I sat down they seem so pleasant but once he showed me how much I would be paying Freedom and than the lender and it being an interest only second mortgage I said “ not a damn chance” do yourself a favour and stay clear. Try to talk to the major banks and your creditors before signing on the dotted line. I would also like to add that once I told them I wasn’t interested they made it sound like I was some horrible person. Stay clear.
