We pay extra for backdoor service as both parents are handicapped. AT LEAST 2X per month, they do not bother to pick-up their garbage. In calling, they always repeat the same "script", I will email the supervisor and get someone out on another day. They assure you a supervisor will call you; never do they. Mr. Jarrod specifically. Nor do they come to pick up when the first run fails. I am about ready to deliver the garbage to their offices! This photo was taken only 1 day after our normal pick-up should have happened! I'm taking some of the overflow to my home now so they have space. I DO NOT USE WASTE MANAGEMENT OR ADVANCED!
