Consider NOT USING THIS BOOKING SITE. This service is the stereo-typical bait and switch service company. On their site they suggest that a passenger can have 1 carry on bag at no charge. Then about an hour later they send you an "urgent" text indicating you need to call them immediately. In this conversation they casually share that only personal items are allowed at no charge and that there will be a fee for any other carry-ons. I choose not to do business with such unreputable service providers so I cancelled my reservations and booked on an alternate site that provides full disclosure in their web presentation.
