I traveled in November 2020 and July 13, 2021 to Panama City, Panama from Miami, Florida. For some reason I have been trying to log in since December 2020 and tried to change my password and it doesn't let me do it either. I spoke to a customer service lady over the phone and she said try now that should be working (no luck), but I received emails from Copa almost every day. I don't know what else to do to get my miles for future traveling. Why it's so complicated to log in. I tried going on line and it's very stressful seeing when you keep trying over and over (change password)and comes back with an error and c with a User's recommendation: Connect miles have multiple issues (need corrections).
