I had a really hard time navigating the site to pick a plan that fit my situation. At the time I didn't even think about checking their refund policy, what a mistake that was! I signed up for the "Advantage" plan for $384 thinking that I could cancel it if it wasn't what we needed. I have used surveymonkey in the past and been able to cancel it after completing the task at hand. Apparently the plan I chose was NOT at all refundable! So now I'm out almost four-HUNDRED dollars and all I wanted to do was help out with our local junior enlisted club survey. It didn't even really fit what I wanted to do with it (which is why I wanted to cancel it in the first place). The website it set up to lead you into this type of plan and then when you need help or want to cancel, there are NO links anywhere that will lead you out of the mess. Even their telephone number is just a recording that sends you back into the black hole of their website. This is infuriating. I would gladly pay for a good product but I will expect to be treated fairly and taken care of. Isn't that what we are paying for?! Never again, surveymonkey. I will tell everyone I know about this experience and tell them to steer clear of your site!
