Confusing and poor coverage

I tried to get the details of my kid's benefits before her eye exam. I spoke with 7 different people at spectera including 2 supervisors and each one gave me totally different info about my coverage. The last supervisor changed things completely. I felt like crying! Never had this problem before with my old plan. Total nightmare. In the end I'll still have to pay for almost everything because they control what you are able to get and it does not cover our usual lenses.
