Confused Manager

I have been ordering from Pizza Bolis in largo for a minute and today they say they don't deliver to me. I call another one they said suppose to deliver and they said 1hr 30 minutes for delivery but she hangs up more than once. If they don't want my business thats fine. But they to get some workers with better customer service and actually like their job.
