I have been a customer of this company for a while now, but everytime I place an order, there's some kind of mess-up (where I have to pester them a bit cause they didn't deliver my purchase). Usually I can email them and have the mess-up corrected, but this time, I have not received any response about my order. I've waited over a month at this point and have received zero updates and zero communication. I just want to know what's going on here? Almost every time I order there's a mess-up of some sort and I have to literally ask to get my order sent. It feels like they don't value me as a customer.
