purchased this vaporizer from a distributor in salida, colorado, called chili heads. they sell spices and pipes and vaporizers. they don't have a telephone. soon after leaving town i tried the device and it worked great. 1 time. now it just gives faults for short or open circuit. you can shake it and the fault will toggle. no telephone number or website for this shady chinese manufacturer. no where to complain. i will try to disassemble and find the problem myself. no other choice. this new market produces some junk equipment and i have yet to find a good way to research. good luck.
