Confirm delivery date

They came to pick up my Pods container which was fine, but then they failed to proceed with the order, or obtain a delivery date for me. What? This is supposed to be something that THEY do when your pick-up is confirmed. I am informed my order will go to the back of the line because everyone else's order got processed before mine. Thanks Pods. Now we will be without household goods for an additional week. Drivers and schedulers; Do your job please. User's recommendation: Your order may not be processed and your delivery delayed, or mishandled, with customer service replying there is nothing they can do. Be prepared to be without your things!
