Condition of my shoes upon arrival

I ordered a pair of shoes for my sons birthday. First the shipment kept getting delayed. I finally got his shoes theres adhesive on the leather the stitching is loose and theres pieces coming off the sole. Im highly pissed off and dealing with the customer service reps they are very unprofessional.
