I am a loyal supporter of your store and spend a considerable amount of cash in the store. I have noticed lately that your customer relations at time needs attention. I am handicapted and must use a cart to shop. Yesterday no cart was working and I had to go to Lowes to acquire what I needed. I have over the year been foirced to go to Lowes, they have carts ready at all times. I again went to the store and no cart was working.
