Condescending rep.

I was charged $96.81 OVER my order of 83.80! When I called in to see why I had BOTH amounts DEDUCTED from my balance in my bank I was told by generic rep. "MARY" that the one cg of $96.81 was NOT a charge, (even though I was LESS that amount in my bank balance) that it was a "HOLD" to make sure I could pay what was due. Mind you I was paying right then and not later. Why would anyone need to charge you that much money to make sure that your new order was covered???? Do they have total idiots working there? I could not understand why she kept saying it was not a charge when it clearly WAS. She desperately wanted me to think this and became extremely rude and condescending because I dare try to explain otherwise. Perhaps she did not have the tools to explain it so that it made sense but that is her problem and not mine. IT WAS ANOTHER CHARGE FOR SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN CANCELED. When I submitted the order online it did not credit me for FREE shipping so the other rep said that she would cancel that order and make a new one. The order was canceled but my credit card was not credited back with the amount. I suggest they hire new reps that treat their customers with respect and know how to explain things to them so that they make sense. We do not have to shop at places like this and I am so done with them. I suggest all of you go to BBB and look at the OVER 2,000 complaints against them and stay away from them.
