I am concern of the management at the Brookhaven location at 4058 Peachtree Rd NE. I have seen a staff member be so intoxicated that I felt it was not professional. In addition, I’ve seen the manager leave when it was busy. I think his name was Shane. In addition, I’ve heard from staff members that he abuses his position as general manager in that he disrespects his employees to the point where he falsified the quality of work that a employee does that affects the section and the amount they make that they heavily depend on. I’m not quite sure if I feel comfortable a a customer eating at a establishment knowing the mistreatment by the management team. There needs to be a course of action specifically termination especially if good employees are leaving due to management. I use to love eating at Mellow Mushroom and not sure now given the current circumstance and possibly give a concerning Yelp review.
