I bought insurance through this company in February 2018 for my iPhone. In December 2018 my screen broke and so i called to make a claim. They requested the phone receipt which I had provided them several times when I started my policy. I sent it and called to confirmed it was received and they just kept not receiving it until I had been without a phone long enough that I just Paid out of pocket for repair. I should have cancelled then. Skip to June 2019, I cant make or receive calls and so I call the claims dept which informs me that my policy has not been active for more than 30 days and so my device isn’t covered. They ask me to send them proof that my policy is active. I tell them I can Send them receipts immediately and they tell me once they’re received they have to wait for the documents to be authenticated which can take 3-5 business days and then someone will be in touch to help me make the claim. Seriously? My phone isn’t working and I’ve been paying monthly for coverage that is impossible to actually use. So twice I’ve needed help and twice they’ve made it impossible to get help. BBB here I come.
