Their old program has been replaced by a new, greedy money scamming operation! No more tech support for up-to 3 computers for a basic annual price. Now, they offer a program, for and annual fee and $49 (per call/visit) for full-home tech support which will protect your refrigerator, TV, toaster, alarm clock - or whatever... At this rate, besides offering computer virus protection, they may include other virus protections...
