I paid and downloaded their software only to find my computer locked. Tried everything to get it going but no luck. I need a bitlocker key, which may I add I cant get from either the computer vendor nor Microsoft. In the meantime there is no phone number for Auslogic and there automatic no reply emails tell you they will get onto it in a day or two. Try running your business with this lot.
