Computer is unstable, cursor jumps on it’s own, my IT Guy can’t fix it.

Original review updated by user Oct 29, 2020 HPLAPTOP-7KJLJ4S7 00356-0****88530-AAOEM Unstable when using Gmail, several sentences have disappeared. I can have 3 or 4 cursor jumps while writing a single email. Ordered from Amazon 4/29/2020, my IT Guy has not been able to fix in 3 tries. User's recommendation: Send it back if unstable, right away.
