Computer change-over and software transfer request with no response

I have had a new computer built for me which, after backing up all my previous documents, now includes the SSD hard drive from the old PC which has been re-formatted. My problem is that the various NCH software products that I purchased earlier this year are now lost and need re-installing on my new computer. I have contacted NCH through the relevant message board and so far have had no response. The products I have bought and paid for are SoundTap; WavePad; MixPad VideoPad and DreamPlan. NCH make it very hard to contact them directly, personal email or on-line chat would be good; I'm hardly going to phone them from the UK!! Yours sincerely, Tony Clout
