Hi, I bought a computer from computers reborn linked from one of your vouchers on the 3rd December 2017. It was a gift for Christmas and the recipient couldn't get the unit to work properly. The issue isn't with go groupie as I got the item sent. However, after nearly 2 months of trying to make contact I was asked to return the computer so they could take a look at it. This was returned on the 1st March. I cannot make contact with the company, the phone rings and rings and they won't return my emails to give me an update. I am going legal with the company and wanted to make you aware of it as I believe they don't represent a good customer to be on your books. Extremely disappointed and their feedback doesn't make good reading. Rick Harbour
