This is regarding your employee name Heather. My daughter and I went to your store with intentions of buying a lamp. The lamp we saw had been placed in the entrance of the store. ( slightly damaged) We went into the store and ask two separate people about the lamp and inquired if there was others in the store. One Assistant manager, Just said no and turned away, the next employee said it was the only lamp Of that style in the store. We decided to look around a little and in the back of the store there was an employee who asked if we needed help We told her about the lamp , which at that point said no problem she would be happy to help us. She led us back to the front, took out a form sheet , ordered a lamp for us and gave us all the information we needed concerning delivery and time involved . We were so very appreciative of Heather going out of her way to help Us with our problem and doing so with such a pleasant manner and a warm smile..
