Complicated Unit

The unit is three years old and purchased new, and came with the home I purchased. No manual, so I called the company and the employees were no help, because they could not walk me thru it. The unit does not cool currently it's on 65 and it feels like it is blowing out...

》 Keeps freezing and they both drip.

》 Bad condenser fan. Called Comfort Star tech support to find a replacement fan motor. The would not tell me the size or RPMs. Only that it was 4 ton unit which I already knew.
