Bought 2017 F350 Brand New. Only brought it to them for service since day one. Left dip stick out after oil change, more interested in filling their cash register in lieu of customer service. Cant fix leaks in valve stems that were crap to begin with from day one. Take all day to do simple task. Two batteries that are less tan 30 months old paid full price with no prorate. Replaced with same and now covered for 3 years full replacement and 8 year prorate. Prorate should have applied to same junk batteries. Want to charge 500 to fix the tailgate camera but none of the other 5 cameras work either. Likely caused by what ever killed the batteries. They are low life part changers that do not want to take care of their clients. There is so much more but it is useless to vent about it because they do not care.No No No No N
