Completly ignored for a month
I ordered a lock cylinder for a 2003 Saturn ion. The price was 79.99. Two weeks go by and I have not received product ordered. I spoke with sales rep who informed me she would send up a complaint and find out what was going on. I contacted them 3 more times and wrote the company numerous E-mails and never received a response. I finally contacted the BBB and filed a complaint and than the company finally sent me an E-mail. The company said there must be a problem with my E-mail. Its funny how they fixed it after the complaint was filed. The company told me that they needed more information from me in order to make the product work. They wanted a picture of my keys. I asked them to refund my money on Oct 24th and told them I no longer wanted the part. I informed them again on the 28th of the same thing. I never heard from them. On Oct 30 the part arrived in the mail and they have a no refund policy. I now have a part I no longer need and a loss of 79.99. Hard lesson learned. The BBB closed the case because Amazing keys sent me the product. The sales rep were the nicest people I have ever spoke to on the phone. Its a shame they have to work for this company.
