I ordered a Portland Trailblazers Jersey. It finally arrived about 3 months late and was kind of a puke green color. The Trailblazers colors are Black and Red. After several ridiculous e-mails where they tried to convince me to keep it because it was less expensive than other companies, I finally contacted my credit card company and they took over. Kissmarket didn't seem to understand that an "official" jersey needs to be made in the correct colors. First they blamed their shipping department. Then they said it was a manufacturing issue. I can't imagine they are a very big operation. Anyway, they were completely beligerent and impossible to deal with. I can only help other folks read these reviews and avoid the hassle.
