Completely unresponsive to any of my emails

So I pre-ordered my P30 during the free watch promo period. I got my phone delivered to Fido store couple weeks ago and I submitted my receipt and all to the huaweipromo website for the free watch they had promised. I instantly got an email saying they will validate and process the claim within 5 days, but it's already been couple weeks without them giving me any notice. I have sent out several emails asking for an update but they are just completely ignoring me. Can I sue them? what should I do?

If you are actual Representative of Huawei you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
