Commissioned a custom patio table from John Reynolds back in December 2018 and made good faith deposit of $1350. John Reynolds, if that's even his name, came by my office to pick up a chair to match the color. All seemed legit. 4 months later still no table. I've called, texted the number he provided numerous times over many days and no response. This clown has just disappeared. I emailed the CustomMade website to resolve and got no response from them either. I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company and they're investigating. Also emailed the BBB and called the LA police department.
