Leo from Ideal Granite did not measure right (templating is extremely important as you only get one shot). He should know how important this is if he is professional. So Ideal Granite cut my granite countertop wrong then they tried to hide their huge error with a backsplash that we did not want that really looks bad. Beyond that he does not return phone calls. My cabinet maker and other tradesmen working on the home were all amazed at his incompetence. Buyer beware.
