We never hired TruGreen as our Lawn Service Company. They came on our property without permission and applied chemicals. We do not have any idea what they applied or for what. I have called 5 times. 3 times I was told that this would be removed and no more service as we are not customers. 2 times I was told a VP would call me. Never received a call. Now I have a collection notice and they sent a postcard telling us the day of the next service. Another phone call! They trespassed on our property and continue to contact us. User's recommendation: NO NO and NO.
