I have been a loyal customer of Erin Condren for the past three years, ordering planners not only for myself, but also for family members and colleagues. This past year the planner that I ordered for myself was sent to me with the incorrect inside pages. I wrote the company and they replaced the pages but the second time they sent the pages, they were the incorrect color scheme. I wrote them again. Finally the third time the inside pages seemed to be the correct format and color scheme. I happily used the planner from January through August. As September approached, I found that I needed to add some items to my September calendar. To my dismay, I then found that all of the pages from Sept-Dec were back to the incorrect format. I emailed the company, sent them pictures and explained the problem, asking them to please replace the pages from Sept - Dec. They wrote me back stating that since I had not submitted the request within 30 days of receiving the planner, they could not and would not replace the pages, but instead that I would have to purchase an entirely new planner. I wrote back and explained to them that I, obviously, did not look through the entire planner when I received it because it seemed apparent that if the first few months were the correct format, there would be no reason to suspect that the format suddenly changed in September. This has yet to be resolved. The company is still insisting that I buy an entirely new planner for the last four months of the year.
