Paid this insurance for 10 years covering 3 appliances. The 1st to go was built in microwave; called Assurant*should have called homeowners insurance* they sent vendor that immediately took the oven. I found out 5 days later from vendor that Assurant denied the claim AFTER authorizing them to repair. 289.00, I have 3 foot empty bracket, vendor has microwave and Assurant wants to give me 73.00. Also, they will not TALK to you, Only communication is thru chat or email. CANCELLED.
