Complete Scam

1

Original review updated by user Feb 27, 2021 My elderly mom , following the directions, called to activate the card and set up her 4 digit pin. This is impossible, because is asks for the 4 digit pin. So in order to get the 4 digit pin, you have to have the 4-digit pin. Are you kidding me? This makes no sense. I have been to the website. Called the number and clicked on every single option. There is no email to contact the company. The 800# does not have a person on it. All recorded messages. Catch 22. What a SCAM. How many elderly and disadvantaged people can't navigate this BS and don't even get their money. Waste of Taxpayers' money and complete scam for a vendor for the federal government.
