I purchased a new home 5 years ago with no choice with the termite treatment. I have been paying this company a ridiculous fee for an annual termite contract in comparison to local companies. I remained with them only because another company wants to retreat in order to take over the contract. I recently received a letter in the mail saying I needed to contact them in order to discuss the terms of renewing the contract. After only 5 years on a new construction, Hometeam wants to not only charge me to retreat the property but has proposed an annual renewal of $276. That is more than double the local rate. I feel that I have been taken advantage of and will not only NEVER deal with this company again, I will make it a mission to spread this information to everyone I know so that they do not make the mistake of dealing with this company.
