Complete mishandling of my order

I ordered something for my wife's birthday and paid extra for fast shipping to make sure it would arrive in time. It didn't. Instead, on the date of her birthday I received an email from the company saying there was a glitch in the system and the item was not sent. I call customer service, get no help whatsoever, ask for a supervisor, and was told one would call me back. Of course, no one did, but the one thing I did discover in my call was the item was out of stock. If I would have known this I would not have ordered it. I called customer service again and guess what? A supervisor will call me back. Not holding my breath. Oh, and no one ever apologized. User's recommendation: Do not patronize. They just do not care.
