Complete mess

My husband Keith Butler 310.954.6181 booked Handy for a move. We were told River S and Aron B were confirmed. Only River S showed. Not only did we not get a replacement but you proceeded to cancel River S who was here and did the work!!! We had been very clear that only River S had showed up and we needed another person. What a *** show. Never again with Handy and I'll discourage all my friends from using it.
