On May 11th I ordered ink for my printer, info said shipping in 4-6 days. I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE DAMNED INK and; as of my last bank statement, no refund. I have texted them several times and get only their sales mumbo-jumbo in return. At this point, they couldn't get my business again no matter what they did!!! User's recommendation: I would recommend NOT doing business w/this company!!!
