To bad the joke is on the consumer this reflects negatively on PODS because they referred us to them. First of all they were late 25 min. Then they forgot supplies(rope). While one of them went to Home Depot the other one took a massive crap (30+ min). He wasn’t courteous enough to ask. And they charged us an extra hour. My furniture was damaged when we opened the container so I called pack n load. We went back and forth for 20+ minutes before they gave us instructions on how to file a claim we have been waiting for the claim packet for TWO MONTHS. DONT USE PACK AND LOAD!!!!!!!!!
