My air conditioner would not work, I called and it turns out the unit blew. I bought the condo less than a year ago and everything was working fine. I bought the warranty for extra security. They refuse to replace because they say I didn’t maintain. I just bought the condo in Aug, the warranty in Sept, it is now April. Everything was fine and it was the end of air conditioning time in MI. How the *** was I supposed to know something was wrong. They will not cover you, they will try to get out of it. DO NOT BUY!!! Look elsewhere!! They will not keep their end of the warranty. They will have some random person call and tell you it was somehow your fault.
