Lets just put it this way, I would rather hire my obese wheelchair bound neighbor then hire freds appliance. First mistake made, they send a unmasked cigarettes' smoking man into my house to contaminate it. Second mistake, they decided to neglect details and ordered a wrong motor for my kitchen fan, that they wanted to charge me for. Third and final mistake, they did not stop sending me the bill for this motor until I broke down and came in to deal with there unpleasant reception crew.
