Complaints on poorly run promotions.

1/7/18. When I arrived at 4:30pm to go to ballroom to pick up my nautical bag, stood in for 30 minutes, then I was told I need to play 1000 points, when I reached 1000 plus points, I returned to the ballroom at 6:30 pm and was told run out of merchandise. I WAS PISSED!!!!
