Nothing yet. They insulted my family by saying we destroyed their room and left dog *** all over their floor and sheets which is a total lie. Why would l especially my kids lay around in filth like that for days. That is ridiculous and very rude to make a gesture like that and then charge my card extra with no notice about a lie. That was very disrespectful and rude of them then on top of that they kicked me out when I booked again. All of this without any notice. I would like a full refund for the disrespect. F youifIAll
