Complaints of poor service and manufacturing faults

Sir/madam.I am a mahindra xuv500owner ... I have purchased it on 2 Feb, 2012.. Since I have bought it runned only 9819kms . Just the main problem was it broke it rear left side suspension...we knew the problem by hearing a knocking sound near the suspension. . I just got shocked bcoz one of great named suv offroad vehicle broke up with it suspension who has neither runned on offroad...This problem was just after 8 months after purchased. .I just contacted the mahindra and mahindra service centre for further acknowledgement. .They took the vehicle to service centre at Global Gallerie and what had they we doesnt knew but after service..few days it worked but jst after 15 days the knocking sound still continued. ..so I jst decided to replace the suspension with new one ...After replacement only after 2 month it broke it once again...I just want to know that is there a value of money I paid for my mahindra xuv500 with best features but with dump suspension ...is there a hope of trust for their customer by mahindra and mahindra companies...Or they just want to breach our trust...I hope u will help shortly...!
